I have been living here for almost six months&#44; and have been pleasantly surprised with this apartment complex&#44; management&#44; residents&#44; and overall atmosphere since Day 1. I love the social events&#44; pool parties&#44; and all the other fun activities that the management goes out of their way to put together. Never before have I been treated so well&#44; and welcomed as I have in this community at Creekside Hills. The gym room is far better than the local fitness center (if you are into nice cardio equipment&#44; all linked up to two separate TVs for easy viewing while getting in the daily grind of a workout; and of course&#44; fresh towels). 
  The management goes out of their way to make sure the residents feel happy and glad that they chose to stay here at Creekside&#44; especially with their bargain prices for apartment rentals&#44; and monthly rent specials. This is by far&#44; the best experience I have ever had while renting. Thanks Deb&#44; Tamra&#44; Angier&#44; Louis and Lori and Joe! Love the Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream&#44; and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! Keep &#39;em coming:)

Creekside is the Best Side!

Pretty nice and quiet community, with awesome neighbors. There's not much organization with the parking space. Grate  location, great schools, peaceful environment. From the management office Kristen is my favorite person, really kind, helpful and problem solving girl with a great customer service skills, her sympathy and the way she treated me over the phone was the cherry on the top that make me choose this community, I'm so grateful for her.

We are very happy here my husbands says vacation home living , with no yard work beautiful view our family dog can come.The swimming pool is nice as the grills and picnic area.Noise level vary s wish the dog dirt was cleaned up by others!

The staff and the facilities are wonderful. I've had non-urgent maintenance requests taken care of on the weekend.  My apartment is upgraded periodically.  The staff addresses any issues with the people living here. My experience here has been excellent.

it has been great. Kelsie and Kimberly are incredibly helpful. The maintenance people respond quickly. The apartment is spacious with plenty of closet place. All of this has made the move much easier.

Very good. Staff is responsive especially the maintenance staff. Very friendly neighbors. I love the diversity here   young people single and couples, families, seniors?I am a senior and love hearing the children playing in the court yard! I also love having access to the 
amenities and the fact that I can walk to mostly anywhere I need to go. Great place.

It has been pleasant experience mostly. Front office & maintenance crew are good & prompt. The only nuisance I experienced was I was unable to step into my balcony to enjoy the fresh air or beautiful view as the folks below smoked so much.  I could not let in fresh air whenever there was good weather as they sat out in their balcony smoking whenever the opportunity arosed. It effected my breathing as well as my apartment smelling like smoke.  Folks need to be conscious of their habits & how they affect others around them.  I brought this up number of times to the office members's notice but they could not do anything about it. I often quickly stepped into balcony to take pictures of the amazing sky and stepped back in quickly shutting the patio door.

Upon signing my lease I had to come over from VA, I arrived at almost closing time but Tina was gracious enough to stay and go through the whole lease with me, give me my keys, as well as complete the walk through with me! We also had a very nice conversation throughout . It was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience all the time. I work at Olive Chapel and loves to see parents and students enjoying the area. Makes work community apart of my home too. My grandson visits and always has friend from school to hang out with.
