First time living in an apartment and it's been the best experience. Tenants and staff are very friendly. The apartments are spacious and clean. My maintenance request have always been handled within two days. Rarely hear my neighbors and people are fairly good about cleaning up after their pets.

It's a comfortable quiet community. All the staff, maintenance workers very nice. It is a feel safe community. I do not use the amenities like pool. Parties as in a different unit & do not drive. But there is s lot available for all who do.

5* all the way from the time I came to view the complex, the office crew, the maintenance crew which is here 6 dats a week so upon any repair request renters know who arrives to help. The grounds are special and well maintained. Plenty of space dogs and for kids to play. The the hill overlooking the river is unique and there are no.strangers hanging out all day. Folks feel safe walking even at night and pre dawn. 5 stars to it all! I feel lucky to live here!

The Aventine Asheville is a well-managed and maintained property. Requests are responded to and resolved quickly. The landscaping is especially nice and also maintained and improved. It is convenient for travel around our area. The annual pool party was lovely and fun and attended by the staff...and it was on my birthday!

My time renting at the Aventine started prior Covid which was ridiculous. Aventine does a good job with amenities and it's a beautiful property. They miss mark on affordable rents, Garages overpriced!

Very pleasant so far. We have only been here a couple of months. No problems. There are several vehicles that have flat tires and are using up valuable space in the parkingot. They have not been moved since we moved in

It's been friendly, open, and easy to navigate for the time we've been here. We love the community events at the clubhouse and also how easy it is to get ahold of the staff most of the time. Maintenance has always been incredibly helpful, as well, and they never fail to solve issues quickly. Our biggest issue is the lack of solutions that we've found regarding dogs. Not dogs themselves, but the issues that come with them. Just about every dog in the complex has fleas, making it impossible to actually care for any of them correctly. We've found that it must be a complex wide thing, as our dogs fleas clear within two days when we leave for vacation or whatever else and reappear the second he's walked again at home. As well as the neighbors inability to pick up after their animals, which has caused many a dirty shoe.

We have had an amazing experience here at the Aventine. Moved in summer of 2021 and still here. The dog parks are so convenient, the pool is great, and the neighbors/community here along with all the Aventine staff, has made it feel right at home.

Everyone is super kind and friendly in both residents and staff. I live alone and the residents routinely check in with me on their morning walks. The community offers a lot of cool and unique events to attend that i wish i could if not for my job. The community space is really awesome and fun to use. This is one of the best places i have ever rented from!

Nice walking areas with beautiful view of the French broad river. 2 dog parks and a great community area. 0 Dog owners are not great about picking up pet waste. Plenty of pet waste stations and bags provided. Just not utilized enough by the owners.

The location of apartment complex is perfect for me. My work is close by and Long Shoal Road has everything you could need. The complex is very well kept up with great resort style pool area with grills, TV's, restrooms and club house all in close area.

It has been an underwhelming experience living in the Aventine. I say this as I cannot list more pros than cons to be quite frank. The apartments on their own are a bit run down, the bathrooms are outdated, the corridors and steps outside are always dirty. In the summer, bugs swarm the corridors and no exterminator or sprays are used to take care of the problem. The maintenance team have no regard for the residents' floors and will walk in with dirty shoes and leave dirt and leaves everywhere. The office staff can be quite rude if any issue is brought up to their attention, and to top it off some random individual that claims to watch the apartments after office hours, is astonishingly rude. The only true perk is the location. I would dare say this is not a place I could call home.

A very friendly community. Great amenities and all are very well maintained. Very close to many things to do including dine, movies, shop, and schools. The only issue seems to be the parking, as it always a challenge to find a spot near my apartment

The community has been great. The only nitpick I have is that the upright exercise bike has been broken the entire time I've lived here and I mentioned it like 3 times to the office staff and they said they had techs come look at it but then the bike was still broken. I'm not sure what's going on there but just remove the bike completely if its not working.

I have lived at the Aventine for 7 years and have no complaints. The management team is very personable and concerned about the tenants satisfaction with the property. I would say that the only downfall would be the pricing at this time.

I absolutely love living here. Anytime I have had an issue in my apartment I get immediately help. As all apartments in 2022 our rent increased, what I saw was the management taking the funds and putting them back into the property. Painted all buildings inside & out. New TV's in the pavilions, new grills, new pool furniture and brand new gym! It truly is luxury living. I hope I never need to move from here. The staff is amazing and the grounds look like a resort. The apartments are high end quality.
