I am not unhappy with this apartment complex. The staff are very helpful and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. I called in a request for service and within 3 days they came by. It wasn't a big deal, one of the patio blinds was broken and so I didn't care that they took 3 days and I'd told them not to hurry when I asked for the service. I just moved again onsite because there were more apartments available now than when I moved here last August 2019. I love this one bedroom, open floorplan layout, love being one story above the air conditioner noise, and love looking into the treetops. The noise from Rte 26 across the river is annoying, but hopefully when they finish the 26 expansion there will be sound barriers erected to break this up somewhat. And would I like there to be more access to walkable paths, especially to the French Broad River right below the complex or to off road bike trails and paths? Absolutely, and I don't expect to have everything in a rental situation.
