Dear Resident, I would like to thank you for providing us with a fair and balanced review. Your feedback only helps us improve our community and please know we sincerely value your opinion. Controlling noise levels is always a challenge for both our valued residents and the management team. The Aventine is a diverse multi family apartment community and thereby our residents are on varying schedules. Management has taken steps through our community handbook and during our move-in orientation process to provide our residents with suggestions to help control noise levels. However, it would be disingenuous for management to assure you that we can control all noise levels on our community 24/7. Rest assured, we do respond to all resident noise concerns presented to us. We pride ourselves with prompt follow-up and action. During our move-in orientation we also discuss how to contact the after hours attendant if excessive noise levels continue past 10:00 pm. You mentioned concern about The Aventine's proximity to the Asheville Regional Airport. Although we can not control the location or air traffic coming from the airport, we are always truthful when asked about this concern from prospective new residents. Until your review, I was unaware that a resident was considering not renewing their lease due to this concern. I realize that I can not change your opinion regarding the noise concerns you have experienced, but I certainly would be open to meeting with you to discuss your concerns in further detail. I am certain your residency has only added to the exceptional community we are. As a community manager, I tour and assess similar communities. Being completely honest, I firmly believe our construction company remains competitive. We provide a product built to exceed required building codes.
