Moved in around 2016 and overall the appearance was fine. The hallways are dripping with insect poop and dead insects on the ground. Valet trash drips the garbage contents up and down the hallway. Lovely youwalk all that unsanitary garbage into your home staining the carpet. They may use a blower once a month on the hallways but they are disgusting. As for the new property manager she needs lessons in how to speak and deal with folks. Maintenance used to be good now they have gone down hill. The plants & the grass are dying in areas. The lights on buildings burn out and 10 months later after so many requests they finally get fixed. Airplane noise will drive you crazy. Of and the worst managed plaxes for the price I spend each month. And if you have a dog they will DNA your pet and fine you if it has been sick and you can't pick it up. Really this was once a nice place to live.
