I highly recommend the aventine apartment. We have lived in many apartment complexes prior and never experienced top notch service like we have at the aventine and even above and beyond service by their staff During a pipe burst that caused significant water damage in several units. Please keep in mind a pipe burst is not their fault and will happen at any property when wind chills are below zero. But it's good to know that when such emergency does occur this property team was all over it. !! It occurred at 2pm and the clean up was finished by 10pm and what was incredible was the maintaince team was also even there with you until 10pm while the cleaning company was there. They didn't have to stay that late since a cleaning company was handling it but they provided above and beyond service by helping tenants move furniture access personal property loss. You can tell they cared and we lost many personal items such as baby memories and furniture due to risk of mold development with my sons asthma. But the office crew went above and beyond since we didn't own a truck and hauled our things to the dumpster for us and they didn't even have to do that since it was not in their scope but they had the compassion to make the stress less for us. A lot of work had to be done for three weeks and the property manager was very Informative and understanding that she even comp us three weeks of rent during the repairs and they didn't even have to do that and other apartment complexes wouldn't do that but they did things to make a time of stress a little bit easier. They even gave us a garage for free in January to store our items. Another example of above and beyond. I highly recommend this property and if you ever had to worry about a natural disaster atleast being at the aventine you know they will take care of you. I must comment on the other reviews here because this property is much more than what others say. Another review mentions the hallways with dirt and Cobb webs. Well we live in the mountains. ?? That is part of mountain living if you can't handle mountain living why are you in Asheville ? That will happen at any Apartment complex in the mountains. Another review complains about a fine for dog poop ???? yeah pick up your dog poop. Some Of us have children and our children should not have to step on dog poop playing in the grass. So actually thank you aventine for enforcing dog poop and dna testing. Their is no excuse for someone to leave dog poop on the grounds for people to step on and luckily since dna has been enforced we Longer have to worry about our children stepping on it. If that reviewer has such a issue with picking Up dog poop then That is just pure laziness and no class at all. So don't let those false reviews of people complaining mislead you. This property is top notch. The entire staff knows our names and have always been pleasant.
