The leasing office doesn't have a clue as to how to process paperwork. Multiple mistakes made. And when they know they made an error, they say they have no control over the error. TWO people gave us wrong information concerning our lease termination. The constant noise of I-26 is terrible. The lighting in the kitchen is hideous, with shadows cast everywhere. There is a mandatory fee for trash removal and residents break the rules every single day about when to put trash out but nothing is enforced. Smoking is permitted and the stairways are littered with butts. It snowed 11" and they didn't shovel. You took your life into your hands getting the mail because everything was iced over. We have super short hair but wevwe had to get the tub and sink unclogged multipkm times. There's also an issue with the kitchen sink and garbage disposal.
