Honestly, me and my husband were a little apprehensive when first reading so many negative reviews from years before; however, our expectations were exceeded. They have really improved maintenance of the grounds and responding to requests, as well as making sure residents comply with noise levels and helping keep the grounds clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that the mandatory trash fee is absurd, I think it should be optional. Especially when there have been times that they don't pick up trash both the day before and after a holiday so I'm paying $25/month when trash is only picked up 75% of the time. Also, they started charging pet rent this year and the letter basically said that they are charging because everyone else is, that's ridiculous. We already paid a $300 deposit that doesn't go towards any damages and I have a cat so my cat doesn't use the "pet park" amenities if you can call it that. It's barely a park. The bigger pet park that can actually fit more than 3 dogs comfortably is currently a pond because it's flooded with water and has been closed for going on 2 years that me and my husband have stayed here. Other than those couple complaints I've enjoyed staying here and they always have events and food trucks come for residents which is nice. If you can get past these things it's a great place to stay and awesome location.
