The amenities here at the Aventine are good and good maintenance response. Covid lockdown for 2 years was sad but now rents are climbing. The garage rentals are way overpriced though! I sure hope the rent climb calms down soon because I enjoy living here.

Speedy customer service! I put in a maintenance request late morning for my tub drain clog and my range light outing and it was already taken care of by the afternoon! Thank you maintenance staff for all the hard work and upkeep of so many apartments to keep all of us residents happy. This year has been very challenging with the COVID and every staff member has done their best! I absolutely love, love the cozy fireplaces here at the Aventine! Best ammenities ever.
