It's not all it's hyped up to be. It's over priced for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom rent should be more affordable for the working class people to have somewhere to live. It is over priced any person working full time and trying in the community should have an equal opportunity to have a roof over there heads especially with all of the gentrification going on. They are not luxury apartments therefore people should not be subject to paying luxury prices. I have lived in an luxury apartment complex before and this is not it. That is fine that it is not but prices for rent should reflect a normal 2 bedroom 1 bathroom should be affordable housing unit around $850 - $950. It is not right it is only going to cause homelessness and the children living in these units should not be subject to homelessness when there parents are actually working hard and trying to provide.
