This is a brand new community with friendly and helpful leasing office employees. We really appreciated the help provided to get us in our new home quickly after having to relocate post Hurricane Helene. This was not a fun situation, but Anna and Michelle put in the extra work to make it as smooth of a transition as possible for us. Thank you!

It's a new complex with the latest appliances, great staff, lots of amenities, and excellent location. Pricing is comparable with units that are older and have less amenities such as washer/dryer and valet garbage service.

Lovely apartment complex, excellent property management company and super helpful leasing agent. The grounds are clean, everything is brand new, and the amenities are wonderful! I highly recommend Venture at Long Shoals.

It has been great so far! Location and amenities are great, one of the primary things that drew me to this apartment. I do with there was a little bit bigger dog play area. It would also be awesome if information on local walking trails was provided.

The building is all new construction and has an elevator. Everyone I have met so far has been very welcoming. I choose a studio and find it roomy enough. Internet per unit is available with rental. Good assortment of shopping and dining. Nearby park and lake area.

Anna is extremely kind and is willing to answer any question. The place itself is modern and clean. They are easy to work with and allow pets. The location is extremely convenient. Many restaurants and stores are within a 2 minute drive.
