I don't feel the experience has been worth the price we pay for our apartment. There's a lot of issues that we addressed that aren't fixed. There is lack of communication. We are currently paying for an apartment that a dog park was included in the lease when we signed it, but we don't have a dog park among a lot of other things.

Great front office personal, they are always there and ready to help. Great maintenence team who know the apartment issues well. Awesome amenities like an heated pool open year round, unprecedented craft room. They have private office rooms and use of a copier. They schedule a couple of fun community events every month.

Ellison is a great place to live with lots of amenities and uniquely structured apartments. The staff are very nice and willing to help with anything. The location is perfectly tucked away from others but still close to a lot of local stores and restaurants, and not too far from downtown!

Lot of office staff and maintenance crew turn over, but over all very good. Roof mounted HVAC units noisy from fourth floor apartments. Dog urine results in unsightly grounds appearance. Entry doors to buildings already showing wear (weather seals, handles).

Very nice,clean friendly professional staff. Everyone has been helpful, the property is beautiful and well maintained. Yoir management team does alot to promote a community feeling and helps neighbors to meet and get to know one another.

Ellison at the Preserve is an amazing place to live. I love the community and the staff make it an amazing place to live. My dog loves it here too. The amenities are super nice and give you something to do always. The art room is so unique and a really cool feature!

Living at Ellison is like living at a resort. The amenities are amazing! The clubhouse is huge and is available for resident use 24/7. We have a large art room, very modern fitness center and a heated saltwater pool, as well as a small market and complimentary coffee bar. The staff takes great care of us and hosts almost weekly social events. We have a nice age range of residents here, from mid-twenties to late sixties. My husband and I really enjoy living here!

We have had a great first month at The Ellison. People are very friendly, there is a wide and diverse range of tenants, the views from many areas including the common sitting/bbq area are fantastic, gym/pool/common space are impressive and the staff is welcoming. They host various social events every ~10 days to help build our community. We are very satisfied with our choice to move here.

We like the apartment fine. We were told that there would be screens on the windows. Not happened. Pool is supposed to be heated, it's entirely too cold. Grass is starting to be spotted severely from people just walking outside the door and letting there pets pee. Office staff changes like the wind. Absolutely no curb appeal for the entrances. We love the facilities, but these areas need more attention. Thanks for listening.... Phil Shope

Ellison is a great place to live. The staff are super friendly. Maintenance issues are corrected quickly. The amenities are fantastic. There's a great pool, gym, clubhouse, and even an art studio. There's a "quick market" with a wide variety of food and drink.

The community and the environment are stunning and I do love it. It's one of the nicest luxury apartments I've lived in, and the views are spectacular. However, the management company has recently started tacking on extra unexpected costs to renters, and that's a bit unexpected.

Living at Ellison is like living at a luxury hotel. The management and staff is friendly, responsive and has worked very hard to make this a great community. We have a great group of residents, lots of regular social events and the pool is amazing.

We have been living at Ellison for 3 months and have seen tremendous changes during that time. From the gym, social areas and art room, to the outdoor seating areas, grill stations, food market, car wash area, and the pool opening?there have been so many improvements. They are all very well done and make this complex extremely comfortable. The best part of living here, however, is the welcoming, personable and effective management team! Meagan, Hanna and Jan are always available to answer questions and provide needed assistance and support. Martin has provided excellent help with all of our maintenance issues. As the community grows, we are connecting with more residents at the various social events. We are pleased that we selected Ellison as our home.
