Great place to live! Everything is kept very clean, I use the gym frequently and have never had issues with weights left around or it being dirty. The rooftop balcony is also amazing with the grill and couches!

It was easy, and the team was helpful. I would definitely recommend this group they were fast. The technology was sound. The amenities are nice, etc.. I new to the city. They made it very simple to get a place.

Tha Avery is a new and very nice complex. I highly recommend it! The grounds are clean and staff very friendly and professional! The gym and lounge or lobby areas are well maintained and inviting. The selections and pricing also a plus.

Not the worst experience however I've definitely had better with the previous company that owned the building. The location is very close to many things downtown however the number of unhoused individuals near the complex is alarming at times

Edge of downtown means that you're still in the action, but far enough away to have a little bit of space. Noise is apparent on weekends, but it's really nice to have so many things to do within a reasonable walking distance. Residents all smile at each other and pets are welcomed and loved.

My wife and I were looking for an apt within walking distance to Downtown Asheville and The Avery met that requirement very nicely. It was also a pleasant surprise to be so close to the River Arts District. We found The Avery to be clean, full of amenities and very well kept.

The whole maintenance, management, cleaning and clerk team here is absolutely great. Everyone is professional, kind, down to earth and knowledgeable. I never "feel bad" or scared to ask questions, or request service. This team is 100/100

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions asked during my tour. They answered all of my questions completely, were quick to respond when I had issues applying for the apartment. They even requested and made a new key fob for me when mine wasn't working when I first arrived.

I moved in very recently. The move in was easy. Everything was ready and the staff is very welcoming. The apartment is new, so it is in excellent condition. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

The community is outstanding. The people are very nice. All shipping is very close. Entertainment is around the corner. Area food is amazing. And all interstates are easy accessible all the restaurants have a great choice of meals

The Avery is clean, friendly and gets to the point - from front desk to maintenance. This is a very dog safe apartment, in which even dog treats are kept in the lobby! We just moved in this month and are satisfied.

the apartments are brand new and super nice, the communal space are styles and clean, the co-working space is amazing and the location is great. i love that you can walk everywhere and i love how dog friendly it is as well.

I have only been here a few weeks but I really like the community so far. It I relatively quiet for being downtown. There is always plenty of parking g and the gym is also really nice. Makes living in the city easier.
