This is one of the only apartment complexes in this price point with decent parking for everyone! (covered garage) This is one of the main reasons I've chosen this complex for the past 2 years. I have to pay $25 a month for a trash service I don't need or want. I wish that would change. Maintenance is very responsive and works hard to get the easy problems solved, but I suspect this building has significant moisture/airflow issues in some areas which are going untreated. Office staff keep talking about enforcing parking permits by having vehicles without a sticker towed. In my experience, parking isn't enough of a problem to warrant the stickers and proactive towing, so I hope that never actually happens (though I understand the desire to get abandoned vehicles dealt with - no arguments there! I just don't want to worry about coming home to a towed motorcycle because it didn't have a sticker). Noise - sound on the same floor is isolated well, but footsteps and snoring can be heard through the ceiling if one isn't on the top floor.

Overall good but some improvements could be made. I've been here for almost 7 years and have seen a lot of changes. I think the location is great. Maintenance has always been pretty speedy. I think the door entry keypad needs to be updated and expanded to more doors. And years ago they told us we were going to get electronic locks for our individual apartments and that never happened (Even though people came in twice to get our wiring ready for it).

From day 1, everything has been wonderful. Maintenance does a fabulous job and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained. All the new construction makes the complex even nicer! It really is a great place to live.

Still a very nice complex to live in and very professional and skilled maintenance workers with quick responses to any little issue you may have. I know most upscale complexes do not have carpeting and I do prefer hardwood floors everywhere. However, I understand the necessity to have carpeting in the bedrooms when you have another tenant above you with totally different sleep and work hours than yours.

1. My move in day was hell, I told the leasing agent what time I would be there and after I drove 3 hours no one was there. Thank God I seen someone from maintenance in the club house. I told him my issue and he seen where my welcome package was left in a drawer in the leasing office. As I started to move stuff in they forgot to give me a key fob to the building so I had to wait for emergency maintenance to come which took HOURS!! 2. Maintenance made a pass at me after following me to the business center, kept complimenting my body!! I had an issue with my apartment and he came almost immediately, started flirting with me until he seen my boyfriend in the room. As he left he winked and blew me a kiss WHILE MY BOYFRIEND was in the room!!!! Another guy from maintenance came to fix another issue and asked was I single and would I like to go on date. I felt so uncomfortable with having them in my apartment. 3. I woke up to a man in my bedroom around 11pm and he stated he was after hours… See More>

I expected more out of a luxury apartment.

Let me start by saying this was my experience and everyone experience is different. But by far worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, just another “luxury apartment” that’s banking off of location. But, if you like bugs, creeps, and a non kid friendly apartment. When I moved in, it was advertised on the website that the courtyard, gym and clubhouse would all be updated. It is now June 2024 and none of that is close to being completed. I would have moved someplace else if I knew this was the case. The complex has no urgency

So far I am satisfied and happy with my choice. I was clear from the start that renovations were pending and have since started. It is a quite ( at least for me) community except for the usual loud and disrespectful people that you will find anywhere. Location is unbeatable. Parking facilities are as well. Management is ok. Maintenance staff is outstanding. Enforcement for rules is not very effective. Residents leave their trash bins out over the weekends. No effective communication or enforcement on that.

It's been ok, not the best, not the worst. "Resident events" are often scheduled in the middle of the day, ensuring residents with typical work schedules cannot participate. Fees are outrageous, i often feel nickle and dimed. I have had multiple months (at least three) where the amount on my invoice did not match the amount i was being asked to pay in the payment portal. Community improvement projects that have been "just about to be implemented!" have never come to fruition (eg, switching over locks to key fobs, being able to ring people into the building through the intercom; the clubhouse has been under construction since i moved in). Neighbors are generally good. Complex is generally clean, but it is not rare to see bugs in the hall and in your apartment despite "pest control" being one of the monthly fees.

The main issue I have is that residents have no way of allowing people into the building without physically going to the building enterance during hours the building is closed. It is a major inconvenience. The only ones that have that capability, are residents that have been living here for a very long time with the old system.

It has been quiet and peaceful. The maintenance people have been professional. The other staff have been professional also. I feel that rules have changed and that certain things are being forced on the resident. Such as buying this new insurance policy abthis new trash collection. We have been paying ten dollars a month for trash, that when I first moved in to this apartment did not exist. We were supposed to put our trash in a chute that did not exist. Now this past year no matter how much trash we have we can only put one bag of trash in a very small trash cam that only holds one bag and the container has to be closed. I feel the company should have asked the resident what they wanted before forcing their rules on their resudence.

We love our community and the office management does a great job. Our company is there are several construction jobs that have been promised and never completed over several years. There continues to be a former pool table room that sits unfinished with construction materials and has been like this for several years

Staff turnover is high. There are no consequences for not following rules. Many dog owners do not clean up after their pets. I have 2 dogs and follow the rules. Many do not and there is dog waste everywhere. I would like to see DNA testing for pet owners. I would be happy to participate.

It has been terrible experience so far. The upkeep is so bad. A lot of stuff is promised and nothing ever happens. Rent is way to much for what we are gettin and everything is very outdated. I would not recommend this place to anyone
