Ants!!! NEVER, EVER Ants!!!

I moved in here over a year ago and had the same experience dealing with the sales staff that I WOULD EXPECT FROM A USED CAR SALESMAN. My apartment on the ground floor had a MAJOR problem with ants and Smoke smell and when bought to their attention their answer to me was quote " no one else seems to be having this problem " The apartment I took, I took on the basis that they could get a cigar smell out from the previous person and they failed. When I left they took my security deposit and claimed it was to replace the rug that we detroyed. The marks on the rug were due to the fact that at any given time there would be an colony of 50-100 ants in any given area, if they " management " fail to do anything about it then I had to kill them myself with spray. I actually saw ants crawling out from underneath the rug molding. <br>The management Knows the number of complaints about ants, smoke smell, mold and niose that I had " at least 15 times I complained " And now they have the guts to take a security deposit from me for something THEY KNOW WAS THEIR FAULT. <br>EVERY SINGLE PERSON I DEALT WTIH THEIR WAS PHONY AND UNCOOPERATIVE.
