Nice Apartments - Great Location
I´ve been living in these apartments for just under a year now, and I have to admit that I´ve been generally satisfied with my experience here. The apartments themselves are nice and spacy, but don´t include any of those over-priced frills that are hard NOT to find in Cary (personally, I can live without crown-molding in my apartment).

The community´s extremely pet-friendly. There´s even talk about a dog run being installed. Although, that might be my one complaint - I haven´t seen or heard anything about that "plan" in awhile.

The rental plans are pretty nice. The owners typically grant concessions for any lease 6 months or older. While there´s an option to rent month-to-month, it´s COSTLY.

The greatest thing about this apartment is probably where it´s located. It´s tucked away near the intersection of High House and Maynard. Somehow it feels like you´re miles away from the world as you walk around the complex, but as soon as you leave there´s a grocery store right across the street, and it doesn´t take long to get to the main Cary shopping centers or I-40. The complex it just a short walk or bike ride to Bond Park. The commute to RTP is not the most convienient one, but it´s certainly tolerable.Share This Review
