Don't move in, unless you never plan on leaving!!!

When I first moved into the complex, I loved it, maintenence was great, the only probably I had then was ants. I paid my rent on time or early for 2 years, and at the end of the first year, Waterford Forest said if I renewed, I would get a free carpet cleaning. To make this story short, I contacted Waterford about my carpet cleaning, and I never received it (they said I should be getting a coupon). Well, when I left, my carpet wasn't cleaned still, and Libby said for me not to worry that they had to clean the carpet anyways when I left. I left at the end of July, and received a bill towards the end of August saying that they had to remove my carpet due to 2 or 3 small stains. They are trying to charge me around 400 dollars for the carpet, which they said they were going to clean, but didn't, they are trying to charge me 38 dollars for one 47" blind, and they've added other things to total around 500 dollars!!! I contacted Cary Carpet Care which is who they get their carpets cleaned by, and Cindy said to me that she did not have it in her records that my carpet was cleaned. I don't know if she is scared to lose the contract with the company, but she won't put it in writing. BOTTOM LINE: TOO MUCH HASSLE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT....they will try to DRAIN YOU. DO NOT MOVE TO WATERFORD FOREST APARTMENTS!!!!!!
