Hidden Costs!

On the surface this apartment complex looks good. It has a beautiful pool and large workout facility. Grounds are well kept in a nice setting. If you are planning to rent here, you must be fully aware of the additional costs that are added to the monthly rent. You will pay: rent payment processing fee, pest control, trash usage, and worst of all you are committed to pay for TW cable through the apartment complex. When you move out, they will inspect your apartment and if there is the slightest stain in the carpet, they will claim that they have to replace the carpet at your expense. I would advise you to have the carpet cleaned prior to moving out. In addition to the carpet, you will need to make sure the oven is spotless as well as the rest of the apartment. The management is very rude. Bottom line, be prepared to pay at least $70 to $100 more than the base rent per month and keep the place spotless or you will not get your security deposit back and end up owing them money. Plus, there is a huge pest problem such as cockroaches and mice, even though you pay for pest control every month.
