Wish I had read the reviews before renting more carefully...

Had I known about the bug problem, along with continuous ongoing painting project I would have selected a different property. There has been absolutely NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT oversight on this painting project. Flyers are constantly being left on tenant's doors stating painting will be taking place and to remove all belongings from patios (or maintenance will remove and you will be charged $40 - $150 to do so), then weeks go by and NO painting occurs...meanwhile you have to live in your home walking around your patio furniture and plants! If properly managed, a CONFIRMED DATE should be adhered to for painting project, and all work should be performed completely before moving to next building. Instead we have had to remove our items off the patio twice...once to paint the walls, and again to paint the floor. THIS LACK OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOWS THERE IS NO CONCERN FOR THEIR TENANTS AND THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSES. SOME SORT OF CONCESSIONS SHOULD BE MADE FOR THIS MISMANAGEMENT. As was mentioned in previous posts, there are MANY fees NOT included in the breakdown of your rent....you CANNOT OPT OUT on the cable - $40 flat fee is tacked on, regardless of whether you have a dish or not, and before signing the lease you are told you will have trash and water fees added to the rent amount, but no definitive range of what these charges run is provided. At the end of any move-in special, be prepared, you can expect your rent to increase anywhere from $100 - $200, or more, depending on the length of lease. Seems being a good tenant, paying rent on time does not matter, nor any concession for the inconveniences currently occurring is given either. What happened to the days where apartment communities offered incentives to keep great tenants by not increasing the rent?? Oh, almost forgot to mention...if you receive a mailed statement for your monthly rent and utility charges there is a charge of ~ $5.00/month, and if you opt for online statement viewing via their company website, they tack on a fee of $.95 each month. So they charge you to receive their money!! Ridiculous!
