You will love the price at the beguining but little fees are not included oh yeah and you have to get cable no matter what even if you have dish you have a $40 cable fee plus water,sewer,trash, fees and they dont even show you the bill from the city all you get its email saying how much you have to pay for that month. Every month your water and sewer bill goes up even trying to save water. Ok the managment sucks!! When u signing the lease oh yeah they offer you coffee and cookies but once you sign it and live here, they treat you like crap. We have. Arious complaints about noise and people trowing their cigarette butts in front of the building. It seems you live in the projects or something. We have a problem with mold and some of my cloth got mold stains we trying to get the manager to pay cor the dry cleaner and all she does is make smart coments. Believe me when we say not to move i here dont make the same mistake we did. You will think by being in a nice area its nice. Like the other review said dont be fool by the pool or the grass areas this place not worth living in. The manager is smart a.... once you have problems they dont care about the tenants all they care about is getting their rent and thats all. You will be fool by the managment when trying to sign the lease but once you sign it thats it. I saw this negative reviews and ignore them but now i know they were so right. The fees are ridiculious. You even get charge 95 cents for getting your statement in the email and like 3 dollars if you want it mail. We have 2 kids and a new born the manager dont care about your issues but dont you be late on the rent!!!
