This apartment sucked me in with its first month free incentive but other than that this is the worst place I've ever lived. First off they mandate that you pay them to have cable, whether you want cable or not. When we moved in we discovered our bathroom sinks and tubs were clogged with grout from renovations. Then we had 3 loads of laundry stolen from the community laundry room before 8am on a Tuesday morning. Their records showed only myself and the maintenance man had been in the laundry room at the time my stuff was stolen, but they said it was my fault for leaving my laundry unattended while I got ready for work. They refused to even confront the maintenance man about it.. Two days later a cop banged on my door at 2am because a neighbor said they smelled marijuana (but not from our apartment). And then after being less than a week late on rent, instead of notifying us or adding on late charges, they've begun an eviction process! At this moment our water has been shut off for over 7 hours for "maintenance" for which we were not told of ahead of time. This is the WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!! And if you ask them why they have so many bad reviews, as I did, they will deny it till they're purple. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
