Mostly positive but maintenance staff is lacking. I dont know if they ever fixed this policy but they used to have a policy where all the outdoor storage spaces for vacant apartments had to be unlocked so that when they showed the apartment to prospective renters, it would be easy to open... well a guy was hiding in mine the day I moved in and it caused a lot of distress. Although they did everything to help me then, I still do not know if they handled that specific issue of locking the storage spaces.
I also think there is a lack of social media used for the complex. I think the sense of community could be much better if there was a better website/social media presence to utilize concerns or questions.
Those things are the only reason I wouldn't recommend this complex to people. The maintenance issues and lack of community outreach.
