In General Experience was good until I have notified the leasing office about leaving the community due to work. They handdled this situation so unprofessionally, it disguised me. Suddenly Leasing office staff becomes rude to you. Unfortunately, while providing termination notice misspelled email ID resulted in to no email notification to apartment. However within 15 days of notice, i personally visited them to make sure they have received the email and checking about the terms and condition for moving out. Initially i was informed that i have to provide only 30 days notice to apartment to vacate the house, and i have forwarded the email notice again and requesting them to consider this request and back date in their system(which was suggestion from their staff only). However next day i get an email telling me that they are considering the date of notice when i have forwarded the email. Because of that i have to pay for 15 days of rent extra even though i am moving out early as per the earlier notice. During the whole request process none of the staff member was cooperative. I have again requested for a courtesy to a customer who had spent more than 2 years in their apartment, to consider the email notice sent earlier. They told me tha they will check with their administration office and if they allow, they will do it. However i dont see if they have made any effort speaking to their administration or request. End of the i am paying 15 days of rent extra. It is not important that i have to pay few 100 buck extra, it is all about the service. A person who spent 2 and half year in the apartment and they dont even provide courtesy to their customer--pretty sad and unprofessional. besides that the worst part is the attitude of the staff in leasing office. Very rude and dont give a damn attitude.
I had few issues during the period i stayed in the apartment, however it wasnt a gentle experience always, but never considered it really to make it as a complaint.
