The rent has gone up from $725.00-$1,425.00. That has been difficult for me because I live alone. I am very happy we have Emily here and the maintenance staff is responsible and professional. All my bad experiences have been resolved because of Ashton, our previous property manager and now Emily. I have the best apartment NOW, because of Ashton. Emily has shown so much care and has been very understanding of my concerns. She responds VERY QUICKLY. I hope she NEVER leaves. I have been through 4 property managers and the last 2 are the reason I am STILL here.

It's safe, near to transportation, restaurants, supermarkets.The new property manager is awesome!!! She truly cares about the community and the residents. The maintenance staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and professional.

I have lived at Waterford Forest for 8 years. I have gone through many management teams, and this is the best one!!! Our property manager really cares about the happiness and well being of the residents here. Work orders are done immediately with care & respect. I would and have recommended this community to many people. I would not think about living any place else.
