This apartment community was reasonably price which is why i made Waterford my home initially. However over the last cpl of yrs or so the quality of things has gone down, not to mention the increase in rent premiums with nothing to show for it. The Trash compactor is at the entrance of the complex and more often than not it is normally broken. As a result the mounting pile of garbage creates an eye sore when driving in. Pool Maintenance seems to have fallen off given the last 2 yrs as the pool routinely looks as though it needs cleaning. Moistness around the windows is a constant problem which creates mold as well as the poor ventilation in the bathrooms.

Great location to Davis drive and surrounding restaurants. Warning if you are going to pay 900 for a 1 bed room then make sure there are upgraded amenities. Over all nice place to live. A two bed room would be better for the price in all honesty.
