I moved my mom there over two years ago because it's very close to me. She has a one bedroom unit. It is a good place overall. Sometimes maintenance requests take several days. There seems to be frequent turnover with renters

Move-in process went pretty smoothly. There was good communication with rental agents. My maintenance issue was fixed in 2-3 days. The complex seems quiet and safe this far. Just moved in two weeks ago.
