notveryhappy with the maintance teams it is majority of the times are delayed of fixing the issues and play area items and many other things, many times we complintd but we did not see much posstive responses

    Not so good. Keep increasing rent and decreasing quality. Always getting one or the other issue. There is a room for improvement for maa community. Maa need some training on how can they keep tenets happy. How quick tgey need to resolve issues

      Wrost maintenance always all the requests are always reopening Park maintenance also too bad Thrash compactor issues always Without resolving issues staff are closing the requests Many cockroaches are at unit

        Poor maintenance . A tge requests are keep reopening many times. Not only in unit Thrash compactor-continuous issues No guest parking near buildings Park swings are broken - after one month did not see that rose are replaced

          Everting late Lease renewals also more, month on month rents are more ( i was in California, if we go month on month they just charge 100 dollters extra), here it is 600+ dollers extra Thrash compactor ongoing issue few folks smoking in play area Swimg pool not opened yet no security cameras no separate bike parking or bike place ( how to carry the big bike to 3rd floor everyday in summer)

            it is ok ok experience, i do not have good exprience with the leasing Agent ( whoever assisted me), no clear communication from her. for everything she was confusing and giving the information in bits and pieces 1) no calling bell 2) No Thrash near to apartment 3) nO mICRO WAVE 4) PARTIO WAS NOT CLEAN 5) BATH ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WHEN THEY HANDOVER TO ME
