The area is becoming very run down and dirty, Lots of building and street lights out which makes for a very unsafe condition at night time! Dog owners are not being responsible and picking up after their dogs!

Disappointing from the minute we moved in Oct 2020. Apartment was not move in ready. Stove not totally functioning, ceilings and walls in multiple rooms scraped, dirty and left unpainted. And the apartment partially flooded hours after move in as the hose of the washer machine was not connected correclty.

The apartment was bot ready as promised before we moved in!! Now it is over a month later and some issues are still not addressed. We also did not appreceiate a phone call at 8:15 in the morning that the painters were coming in the next hour to paint!!! and than when they showed up they had the wrong information on what had to be done!!!! So the problem is NOT solved!
