The staff hear are very nice and helpful plus maintenance team are also very on the ball with any problems , As for the Community pleasant neighbors and great walking area, and Shopping is near by in any direction

Not happy at first with staff,,they never seemed to care and maintenance took so long. Bur the present staff we have now Emily Joel and Staff all excellent and very efficient and they care and listen to any problem that arises I rate them all a (10 )

Not happy In the beginning of Residency. Ridiculous situation with Trash pickups Where I had a bad fall because of trash pile-up Reported it to office had see a Doctor and went thru 6 months of Therapy to to get my arm back to normal.. Never heard from any one in the office not even when I called not one phone call. No one checked to see if I was okay. My arm was a mess with severe bruising and dislocation of me shoulder .A phone call would have been appreciated

So far so good . Not liking the trash area at the Entrance to the complex and also it's not adequate for the amount of people living here Should have at least 3 more Bins And to move trash bin away from the entrance
