Review
Apt was built in 1995, and it shows it! Old appliances, etc! Bathroom cabinet has water damage (was like that when I moved in), asked for new bathroom sink and faucett, only got faucett, asked for grab bars in shower, got nothing instead! Grab bars in showers should be mandatory, especially for seniors living here! Kitchen stove is old! Oven likes to burn food! The fridge is old also! Now there is BLACK MOLD in my kitchen cabinet...Do I need to call health dept to check this out? This apt has problems! And now the RENT is going up by 200/250 dollars more a month!? Does MAA really care about the people, or do they care about MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! Just sign me DISGUSTED!Manager
