I’ll be moving out very soon. Waterford used to be such a great community when Megan was property manager. There was a sense of community, she treated you like a person and things got done. They LISTENED. The current property manager Ashton barely gets things done and you’re just a number to them as soon as you sign that lease. As long as the rent keeps coming in, that’s all that matters. Nothing gets done here. You will have broken appliances for weeks even months before someone decides to take you seriously. There is a huge mold and roach problem here. Your calls are never answered and emails not replied. Most of my neighbors have moved out..neighbors who have lived here years and there are so many empty apartments now. MAA dropped the ball by hiring someone who can’t do their job effectively.
