Excellent! Best place in Cary!

This place is, in a word, awesome. The apartments are huge and excellent quality, the maintenance people are great and come by to fix whatever you need within a day, sometimes same day, it´s quiet, and for the most part, management is great. My only major complaint is the outrageous pet fee. When I moved in, it was $300 per pet. With 2 cats, it adds up. They did let us space it out over 6 months. But now it´s gone up to $400 per pet. I´m not sure if I would have stayed if it was that much when we came here. But the good thing is, you dont have to pay it again if you´re there for more than a year. I plan on renewing my lease. I cant figure out how they got such bad treatment. I´ve lived here for a year and just renewed my lease, and have hardly ever had a problem. I just found out that a guy that works with me also lives there, and he likes it too and has been there for 2 years, I think, and has renewed his lease also. Maybe if one approaches a person positively, you wont get bad service... :)
