We lived at Chatham Point from May2016 until February 2017. As far as upkeep pool was dirty( mold around top edge) during summer months trash cans by pool are not emptied every day, gas grills never have enough propane for all to use, near the end kids were roaming the area late at night there is supposed to be a Cary police officer there to make sure things like this doesn't happen. Community room could not be used to watch sports or use for outings unless you pay 150. To use and that is extra from rent. Much nicer complexes in are include this in rent. We had four(4) manager changes while we were there and not one manager was helpful or knowledgeable. We rented from a great leasing agent named Jessica and before we left management had fitted her and also the maintenance guy Mack. Both of these employees would do anything they could to help the tenants. The managers make promises and then never follow through. There is NO planned activities at Chatham Point. You may PAY a little more at other complexes in the area but they are much nicer. At the end of each month itā€¦Ā See More>

    My family and I moved in here back in February of 2016. We really love the place and have no complaints. The staff are wonderful and the office feel is very pleasant. Maintenance are great! We had an issue with our A/C And it wasn't working. We came home around 8-9pm and it was on a holiday. Our issue was fixed by 9:30pm that same day go maintenance! The staff gets a visit from my son once a day to share stories with them. And they are wonderful with him. Customer service is above and beyond. I really haven't experience any noises or wild parties or any negative experiences with our building or the community. I will recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

      Under new management and things have changed. Unfortunately not for the better. Lease contract now contains a clause that invades the privacy of lessees. It has taken several calls to get maintenance requests filled. I no longer have access to pay my rent online, and after several requests over several months still don't have access. Apartments are more expensive than comparable units in Cary. My advice is look elsewhere.

        i moved in November Very nice place to live. Management is friendly and helpful. My children made friends very quickly. They are very prompt at handling tenant complaints.New Management its Great!!

          I move into Phillip Chatham Pointe into a two-bedroom apartment on February 28, 2016, the biggest mistake of my life. When I move into my apartment there was a team of people managing the property. Jodie Bell was the manager and she was great. Two weeks later there was a new managing team. After two weeks living on the apartment I start experiencing issues: 1. The garbage collection is disgusting, they call it "Valet Garbage" this includes tenants living a garbage bag on a plastic container at the door of their apartments, the apartments are not outdoors they are like a hotel so most morning I have to walk through the hall way of the four floor through a bunch of stinky garbage bags. 2. The dryer install in the apartment was a gas dryer even they know that there are no gas lines on these apartments. 3. The administration of these apartments is useless and completely incompetent. 4. Like mention above there is this young girl that work there I think her name is Jessica she has no idea about the leasing business or what customer service means. I got upset because of their lack of knowledge, she threat me by calling 911 likeā€¦Ā See More>

              We have lived here since about 2013 and the community just keep growing (in a good way). The saltwater pool is such a plus in the summer time. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the problem was fixed within 24 hours. Will definitely be reviewing when my lease is up (soon)!

                I have lived at this apartment complex for the past 2 years and I just resigned my lease again!! It is a amazing apartment and the management team running it really does go over and beyond for their residents. The complex is quiet and I am never disturbed when I am trying to sleep. I highly recommended this place and I am planning on living here until I decided to buy a home for myself!!!

                    I moved here last week. My apartment is very nice ! I love staying in this community. Neighbors are quiet, appearance of community is very nice and community features are excellent. Staff is very courteous and always willing to help. I would always recommend this place for future tenants !!

                        I have lived here for less than a year and management has changed at least twice. Not saying it's a bad thing but it certainly isn't a good thing. Once I get to know someone in the office...they leave and someone else comes in seems to be a constant struggle. There isn't too much to complain about if there is an issue it is usually handled in a timely manner. I live in the lofts and fell in love with them when they weren't even done yet...signed a lease and moved in 2 months later. I love my apartment but it is quite noisy..a top floor wasn't avaliable at the time. Parking over in Phase 2 also is a joke...but otherwise All in all I am pleased with the community so far. Maintenance guys are really nice and helpful...community is clean...we shall see how the summer at the pools goes.

                          I have been here for two years. Management has changed about 3 times since I moved here in 2014 and things have been up and down. When there is new management there are inspections, there are new rules put in place about the pool and other amenities, etc. One thing I've noticed is that the rent continues to skyrocket, while there are still many vacant apartments available. I'm not even sure I'm going to renew because of all the changes. Also, you can hear your neighbors very well. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, move on the top floor.

                            We have lived in this complex for over 4 years and have been generally happy. There have been at least 6-8 changes in management in that time so at times we feel frustrated because as soon as you connect with someone and they are doing a good job they disappear. Most of our concerns have been addressed in s timely manner. The apartment grounds are attractive, the landscaping well maintained. The apartments are very decent with stainless steel and granite... the walls are thin and sometimes it can get loud. There are many children and families here and the location is good. The facilities are nice, the pool is clean and the gym is small but adequately maintained. My wife and I feel safe here but there have been numerous car break ins to vehicles containing anything of value in plain site...there are many people moving in and out all the time so it's hard to make connections... all in all we are happy here with our goal being to move into a house as soon as we can.
