We have lived in this complex for over 4 years and have been generally happy. There have been at least 6-8 changes in management in that time so at times we feel frustrated because as soon as you connect with someone and they are doing a good job they disappear. Most of our concerns have been addressed in s timely manner.
The apartment grounds are attractive, the landscaping well maintained. The apartments are very decent with stainless steel and granite... the walls are thin and sometimes it can get loud. There are many children and families here and the location is good. The facilities are nice, the pool is clean and the gym is small but adequately maintained.
My wife and I feel safe here but there have been numerous car break ins to vehicles containing anything of value in plain site...there are many people moving in and out all the time so it's hard to make connections... all in all we are happy here with our goal being to move into a house as soon as we can.
