Berkshire is a great place to live. Apartments are full of floor to ceiling light coming through the windows. Maintenance is superb. The front desk staff and manager could not be more pleasant and helpful. I find the property quiet inside, and in a great location for restaurants, shopping and movies.

This is an outstanding property, well-maintained, responsive management, helpful in every way. Great location and quiet place live. Excellent maintenance. I'm quite comfortable living here. It's dog friendly and that's important to me.

Great place to live. Incredible maintenance and responsiveness. Excellent management. Great location. Attractive interiors. What sold me was the floor to ceiling windows in every room facing outside. Every room is very light.

Great location near all kinds of shopping, many on-site amenities, dog-friendly, first-class maintenance team, 'Get it done' management team. Lots of light in units, Covered parking. Community events. Not a noisy college-type community. Good value for the quiet, well-built units.

Maintenance has been incredible. The responsiveness is immediate. The work on each of 3 occasions was done perfectly, pleasantly and professionally. It is one of the strongest points for reference for this property.
