Damaged Custom Cabinets, Cleanines and Unsatisfied

I signed a lease for this apartment with the expectation that it would match the online listing precisely, including white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. When I signed my lease I notated a dent on my fridge, fans in both rooms did not work, and not to mention 1 cabinet was damaged. After I put in the service call for 1 cabinet and the ceiling fans I received notice that fans were fixed and cabinet will need to be touched up on another day. The painter returned on site days later and touched up 11 of my cabinets in a color that was not consistent with the custom-colored cabinets. The process of painting over custom cabinets can be quite challenging, especially if the cabinets are dark in color. Upon reviewing my cabinets after the paint job, all of them are now different shades of blue, because he decided to paint all the cabinets touching blemishes that weren't a problem to begin with.     The community, apartment and leasing staff Ayanna was very nice. I am relocating and was in Charlotte NC looking at apartments and there was a few that I liked but this property stood out more to me and I decided on this one.

      Nice new community. I like the balcony view and the blue cabinets inside. Also, that there's no carpet in the apartment. The club house provides a nice setting to enjoy. I would enjoy living at this community. Staff I met with was very nice.

        Accent Berkeley is an outstanding apartment complex with a perfect blend of modern style and comfort. The spacious units are well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, offering everything from a fully-equipped gym to relaxing communal spaces. The management team is attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any concerns. The location is ideal, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it incredibly convenient for daily life. The community atmosphere here is welcoming and friendly, creating a great environment to live in. Highly recommend Accent Berkeley to anyone looking for a new home!

          Nice smaller community. Comparable to most new places being built in Charlotte. Fewer amenities but appropriate for a smaller community. Leasing agent professional, polite and helpful. Seemed genuine and not trying to make a sale.

            Ayanna and Kayla made my relocation to Charlotte stress free with all their help and having things prepared for me when I arrived I would recommend this community to anyone moving to Charlotte. The overall aesthetic of the complex is lovely

              Accent Berkeley Place is a beautiful property, with friendly leasing staff and maintenance team. Our move in process was smooth and everything was ready once we arrived. They were very accommodating and helpful with everything. So far we love it here

                My experience so far at this community has been good the apartment is new so I don't have any complaints everything checks out to be nice and new love the gym and the pool and the clubhouse very clean

                  Great customer service and very knowledgeable of the apartment complex. Also extremely friendly and professional. The process wasn't difficult at all and I was able to handle it from another state! Complex is also quiet and off the road!
