Office Staff members they can sometimes be helpful and sometimes can be very rude. When I first went to fill out the application the manager just looked me up and down and didn't say "Hi" to me, but she held up a whole conversation with a gentleman that was in the waiting room as well.

Annette is amazing she is very caring and worked hard to get me an apartment. I wanted washer and dryer she search hard for a unit with the accommodations. I'm glad they ut trash cans in every complex. love it here.

The only good thing I have to stay is that these set of apartments, there are many places to eat and different grocery stores. These sets of apartments are extremely dirty and trash everywhere.The crime here is bad. My fiance had his car stolen last week.

It has been awesome but there is some details that I wish were corrected and improved, but I can not express how thankful I am with this site. I think there has to be harder and more restricted rules or fines over people doing drugs, the whole building sucks with the smell of different drugs that many neighbors do, it affects my mood and my baby's health, now that is serious. Also I wish neighbors were more clean and responsible with their stuff. If it were for them that place would be a dump. Besides that is a wonderful place, wonderful administration, wonderful maintenance everything is awesome.

The rooms themselves are nice and the appliances new, but the property is very messy and poorly maintained. Very quiet community, but very tough to access. I understand this isn't the property management's fault, but access from Pineville Matthews is very difficult.

It was good. But something that bothers me is neighbors with their noisy cars when I'm trying to sleep and how loud there car is. An also how people still smoke weed when there have been several emails that have gone out about the weed. I don't like the first thing that I smell when I get out of my car is the stinky smell of weed during some parts of the day.

Definitely not the worst apartments I've stayed. It wasn't all bad but the minute we renewed our lease things went left my Car has been broken into twice, I've come home to leaks from the ceiling twice. Advertised as "Luxury apartment" lol.

My stay here has been harmonious. Office and maintenance are very responsive. I've been here almost 3 yrs and I haven't had any issues with pests. Accessibility to ordinary needs are in close proximity.

This is the best experience I've ever had when it comes to apartments. I love the area. Everything's close by and everything is always so clean. And everyone in the staff is so nice. Apartment complex is very presentable.

Keep in mind that I am a homeowner in transition to Charlotte North Carolina. The office staff is super friendly, helpful, professional, and informative, the maintenance men respond promptly, and do great work. I would have liked them to inspect my apartment prior to releasing it to me, it was pretty dirty And I traveled 10 hours upon arriving. The pool as well as pool deck is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. I made a recommendation to them they should consider extending their policy. Some of us have shaded homes and would like to sit in a sunny chair. Other than that it has been a great transition spot.

It's a quiet neighborhood tucked away in the woods. I love the cozy and peaceful vibe. The family of deer we see often are beautiful, just be careful while driving. The only concern I have is the ventilation system. Smells from neighboring apartments can very easily creep into yours. Some of the plumbing and appliances are a little dated, but the maintenance team is quick and friendly if you have any issues. Overall, I am enjoying my residency here.

The community is absolutely beautiful, there are deer running throughout the property and lot of trees. The outside staff is great. The grounds always look amazing. Even though we are in the middle of the city this place is a little piece of countryside paradise. Whenever I put in a work order it is taken care of as soon as possible

I haven't been here but a couple of months, but I do enjoy the quiet, meeting new people and the beautiful lawns. I ask to be on the ground floor and l am , because I don't do stairs very well but I have stairs anyway, but only about 8 of them.

The environment is the extremely peaceful & the staff is absolutely amazing! The office goes above & beyond to help their residents, and maintenance is very quick to respond to even the smallest request. It's a nice little country hideaway (with deer roaming around) in the middle of the city. My only concern is how much weight I could gain here with all the food within a 2 mile radius.

The community is a quiet place and in an ideal location. Recently had a very poor experience working with a few members about transferring apartments. My apartment was not completely ready on my move- in date. Due to my situation I had to still move in.
