My stay here has been harmonious. Office and maintenance are very responsive. I've been here almost 3 yrs and I haven't had any issues with pests. Accessibility to ordinary needs are in close proximity.

It is very quiet, friendly people around , nice   pool looks nice can't wait to use it , very close to all the stores and restaurants, very pet friendly and also kid friendly to all , my son enjoys the free internet for gaming .

The complex is very quiet, and is surprisingly well hidden considering how close it is the everything.The staff are extremely nice and willing to help whenever needed. Maintenance requests are taken care of fast. I love the environment, you have squirrel that run around, and I was even able to see a deer roaming through the complex, which is again surprisingly considering we are 0.1 miles away from a major road, and commercial businesses. I'm glad I found this.

I love living here, I love how close it is to everything, and how hidden it is to everything. Love the wildlife I get to see here. If everything goes right with my job, I will looking forward to extending my lease.

I love this apartment community. It's quiet and tucked away where it's not in the middle of a large city. There's trees and plenty of wildlife still. Tons of things to do around here as well. There are plenty of friendly neighbors and the staff has always been wonderful with anything that is brought to their attention. A very clean community. All residents respect the space.

It is an amazing place to live in, I will definitely recommend people to move here. The property is always clean everything is very well maintained and your minutes from everything. I have loved my stay here.

For 2 years the dog park and the dog poop station for my building donâ€™t have bags. Also, the bins stay overflowing. I complained 3 times last week about the dog park overflowing. And this morning this is still how it looks. I paid a pet deposit plus pay $20 a month to have my pet here. For $240 I should not have to go buy my own bags on top of it. I continue to call and stop by in person to ask for the dog bags to be refilled.

Dog poop bins rarely taken care of

I have been dealing with this over 3 years... calls, voicemails, emails and even several appointments to discuss the situations. Look at the gist of the one star reviews and you will learn more of what happens here. The only reason that it gets a 2 star instead of 1 or 0 is because despite its issues I really like the inside of my apartment, having a balcony, my neighbors are hardworking, respectful and friendly and there is a lot of nature (deer, etc) despite our location. But, It is impossible to get past the flooding in front of our building. It is even worse when u are carrying groceries, umbrella, purse and/or have your dog. It is dangerous to climb across the flooded rocks. We are tracking mud up the stairs and into the landing. Not to mention even our apartments although we use doormats. Then, when it is dry all the dirt and silt are tracked everywhere. The stairs and landing look so bad, with dirt and huge spiderwebs, leaves, etc. It is embarrassing to have a guest come over and see this. Can someone ever come with a blower and take care of the first flight of stairs and landing at least. Or even a heavy duty sweeping? I ask and ask and ask. Here are photos from a typical rainstorm.

Tired of frustration 

Great, love it, quite and peaceful, beautiful wildlife. Clean and well maintained. Great staff, open communication friendly neighbors. Quick response to any issue. Open door policy with staff. Location is perfect ??
