Overall, my experience living here has been very positive. The community is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, and the amenities and apartment finishes really give it a luxury feel. They also host events throughout the month that I love looking forward to. The staff has also been helpful and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. Recently my AC stopped working and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I stayed comfortable while waiting for the issue to be resolved. He quickly provided temporary AC units so cool air could circulate in my apartment and kept me informed during the process. I really appreciate the professionalism and support from the team.

The apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and very clean. The apartments are brand new with top tier appliances. The staff is great and very supportive. The amenities are also great.

The office staff at Bainbridge is caring, thoughtful, and kind and always willing to help. The location of the community is accessible to 85 as well as 485, therefore the location is great for grocery shopping and retail.

Had a great experience with Bainbridge. The management and staff are knowledgeable and responsive! I was moved into my apartment in less than a week. I love the amenities and it's conveniently located next to 485, 77, and 85!

I don't use ApartmentRatings but I would say Google to see what apartments are in your area. Look at the reviews and visit the place in person to see the apartment. Sometimes you can not go by the pictures online it can be totally different.

This place was clean , quiet and everything I was looking for. Can't wait for the wheather to break so I can enjoy all of the outside amenities. Also the rental office lounge is amazing. Staff is nice and maintenance is on time.
