Everyone is very helpful. Problems are handled promptly. We should have a higher occupancy than we have. In my opinion carports would be a big draw to new renters, and current renters want them also. ( talked about a lot )

The staff is wonderful until you try to get a refund…I been told by staff they would look into my refund from March 28th it is now July 23 this is totally unacceptable. Before anyone interested in leasing The Connery and leaving a refundable deposit after they keep $100.00 please think twice. This situation has also happened to a friend that has called multiple times for her refund. This situation will be taken to the next level!

Experience was amazing. the facility was impressive both from an appearance standpoint as well as the amenities that were offered. The rent was comparable with other rentals but what you get for the price is much better than what exists elsewhere. We were able to see the pool/billiards-ping pong area and as an avid pool player a regulation size table should have been installed,

We moved in The Connery mid March from another 55+ community approximately 3 miles away. Our new apartment is brighter and laid out much better. The amenities are great with a large pool, sauna, steam and indoor spa pool. The gym is well equipped with very nice exercise equipment as well as free weights. There is also a stretching rack. The front office staff are all great and multiple functions are being scheduled. Glad we made the move.

This is a brand new community. They are still building units in the back. The staff here are great. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. The staff are great at having events for the residents.

I just moved in. I can only tell you my pleasant and helpful experiences with the Management team up until my move-in. Everyone was very genuine. They appeared very proud of the new community they were offering to others. The Connery on Providence is lovely. It has everything I need to feel at home. My move-in was very easy, thanks to the team. Everything was ready. No glitches. I appreciated this very much. With this said, it was obvious that the Management team was experienced and they actually anticipated my needs. This is what what you want and what is needed in any community.

This is a luxury option for 55+ apartment living. It is truly like a resort with the amenities it offers. Charlotte doesn't have anything to compare. Even though the community is in the process of completion, it is easy to imagine how beautiful the grounds and buildings will be when completed.
