Cyan is a beautiful property with a phenomenal staff! Amazing amenities and prime location for the Charlotte commuter. Concord Mills less than 10 minutes away, surrounded by grocery stores, surrounded by dining options- it let's no better than Cyan!

    I am extremely disappointed with Cyan Mallard in Charlotte NC. I am writing to formally address my ongoing concerns regarding unsafe conditions on the property and the management team's response to these concerns. Over the past few months, I have reported several incidents of potential slip and falls on ice in common (walkway) areas of the property. Despite bringing these safety issues to your attention multiple times, I have not seen any meaningful action taken to address or rectify the situation. This neglect not only compromises the safety of all residents but also reflects poorly on the management's commitment to maintaining a safe living environment. Additionally, I have experienced what I perceive as retaliatory behavior following my complaints. Specifically, my subsequent requests for assistance have been met with indifference, and I have encountered condescending responses from the management team. This behavior has left me feeling targeted and unsupported when I raise legitimate concerns as a tenant. It is both unfortunate and disheartening to feel that my safety and well-being are not prioritized nor respected. I believe every tenant deserves to be heard and treated with professionalism and courtesy. I am requesting a prompt and thorough response to this complaint, including an outline of the steps the management team plans to take to address the reported safety issues and improve communication with residents.     It's trash , the management is trash, I have had constant issues with the property. I highly doubt not recommend anyone to stay here. Never willing to fix the wrongs yall do at all.So if it was up to me I'd move asap.

      The personnel in the leasing office, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the complex and my unit. My move in process was easy & stress-free. Any issue with my unit prior to move in they fix them quickly. I appreciate all the ladies help in the front office & maintenance quick turn-around time.

      Well when I first moved in it was beautiful. I have seem shootings people cars getting break ins smoking continues smell it all the time in my bathroom rent to high paying $1900 for two bedroom . Noise on top of me if nothing changes by next year will be moving out

        I like the area but I do plan to move when my lease is up. I have had my vehicle broken into and Amazon package stolen. I feel if I'm paying almost 2500 a month for rent I should not have my vehicle broken into and packed stolen. And the only thing they do is send out emails. But they will tow someone car fast. They need to do better if we are paying our hard earned money.

          This community was great when I first moved in, but mgmt changes and made it bad! The breezeways are dirty, still waiting for power wash! They are more worried about asking to make apts Airbnb then good tenants! Mgmt never communicates clearly when there are car break-ins or bad activities happening in the community! Residents are left blinded! There is only one trash compactor for the whole community! We were asked to take down any decorations on patios or be fined, but there are still patios that have stuff hanging. I can understand if certain things can't be hung, but so many other communities allow their tenants to hang appropriate things! And let's not talk about the dogs! Not supposed to have certain breeds, but there are pit bulls and other non allowed breeds living in the community, that some owners can't even control! This community and mgmt has truly declined since I've move in as first resident.

            DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMMUNITY...THE UNIT IS NICE BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD. POOR MANAGEMENT, NO RULES OR REGULATIONS ARE FOLLOWED, CRIME IS HIGH, NO COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF, STAFF IS RUDE, SLOW ON RESOLVING ISSUES OR ISSUES GO UNRESOLVED, NO ONE FOLLOWS THE RULES.

              The complex offers luxury but it is completely filthy. Rent rates are extremely high but we live in filth. Residents smoke weed and it gets into my apartment, there was a shooting and the pool area is dirty. Not worth rate at all.

                I really enjoy my complex! Staff is nice and helpful. Community is peaceful, I really don't have much complaints! My neighbors are friendly, and the complex is very close to numerous attractions in the area.

                  My experience here at Cyan Mallard Creek has been great. All of the staff are amazing, they make sure my needs are taken care of any time I make a request. I'm extremely satisfied living here and happy I chose to make the Cyan my home.

                    While the overall property is nice, there is some work to be done on the building upkeep. The stairs are nasty and very dusty. The buildings have not been pressure washed at all and need to be taken care of.

                      Hi, my experience has been moderate. I like the location it's convenient for a couple of things. On the downfall it smells like weed a lot and also the apartments need pressure washing. The car wash was good but it has been broken.

                        I enjoy living at Cyan Mallard Creek. It is centrally located only 6 minutes from Concord Mills Mall, and maybe 8 minutes from Walmart. There are numerous restaurants and other stores as well. It is along a Cats bus route too. My apartment is spacious with very large walk-in closets. I do wish that they did a better job on ceiling/floor soundproofing. I've had no issues with the office personnel who are very helpful. Maintenance is very fast with tickets cleared in 24 - 48 hours. It is also generally quiiet.

                          I've all good experiences since I've moved. Most of the neighbors in my building are friendly and respectful. I like the neighbors. Since I'm one of the first in my building to move in, I'm grateful for the other neighbors.

                            In the first year of our lease, we loved the community. We felt very safe. Since then, our experience has gone downhill and we no longer feel safe living here. Our vehicle had the windows shot out of it in the parking lot, we watched a drug bust out of our office window, and someone was murdered down the street. When we bring up our concerns to the leasing office, they brush us off and make us feel uncared for. I could not even get a supervisor to answer my email. In addition, the trash service is unreliable, the pool is frequently closed, and our packages often get stolen. When we request security cameras outside of the apartment buildings to ward off crime, the leasing office blows us off.

                              You will regret it !

                              Do not move here. The leasing manager is unprofessional and cannot speak fluent English. Her language barrier causes her to become easily agitated and aggressive. The property is poorly managed. There was a naked perp terrorizing the neighborhood, exposing himself for a while before finally being caught. The towing is predatory. There are so many illegal tow practices, not in accordance with the North Carolina Tow Ordinance . Dozens of residents have had their cars vandalized, burglarized and stolen. The Main road is nightmare to gain entry. You will wait for a awhile before being able to exit the community due to horrible flow of traffic. Do not move here!
