I absolutely love living here! The apartment has so much storage space, which makes staying organized super easy. One of my favorite features is the huge kitchen island ? perfect for cooking, hosting, or even just enjoying a meal. The natural sunlight that fills the space throughout the day really makes it feel warm and inviting. Overall, it's such a comfortable and beautiful place to call home. Highly recommend!

Brand new community, first person to live in the home is always nice. All in all the community is quiet and welcoming. Gym and pool gives top notch amenities vibes and having the new generation Google nest thermostats are awesome.

Ms. Tracy was an extraordinary help with the entire process from touring, to costs, to move in. I really appreciated her warm and patient demeanor. Having her support was refreshing and it truly feels like she has my best interest at heart!

ALL of the staff, from management to maintenance are exceptional! Communication , engagement, and service request are consistently top priority for them! Community events are fun and well planned!

I've been living here for 1 month and I very like this community so far. Tiffany is warm hearted and so passionate to helping resident settle down and always respond promptly to my needs. Dustin is another great staff from the maintenance team. He handles work orders quickly and professionally, always leave updates and feedbacks.

I enjoyed every minute of my tour with Adam! Their studios are very spacious and well throughout. I’m considering Frazier to be my future home if I end up selling my home soon. Call the Frazier team! Definitely worth checking out.

I had a great experience touring and leasing at this brand-new apartment complex. The location is fantastic, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make everything smooth and stress-free. I’m so excited to be moving in soon and can’t wait to call this place home. Highly recommend checking it out!

Would recommend
I’ve had a nice experience so far living at Frazier Mallard Creek. The property is brand new and has a great staff. The move in process was very smooth compared to my last apartment. I chose this community for its location.

Adam and Tiffany were the best and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend. I’m glad to call Frazier home. They helped me with my tour and move in process. They even helped me get a moving company in place at a great price.

We had a wonderful experience touring the apartment complex with Adam. He was professional, informative, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The property is impressive, and Adam truly made a great first impression. He made the entire experience feel effortless and It was clear he truly enjoys helping people. He made a lasting impression and is a huge asset to this apartment community. Highly recommend asking for Adam if you’re touring!

Great move in experience and living experience so far. The staff is some of the best in the city. Nice location because it’s close to everything. Visit Adam or Tiffany for your next apartment and they’ll treat you well.

Love this community
Great staff, very welcoming community. Moving here soon. The amenities feel like a resort and the apartment’s feel well-build overall. I’m recommending this place to a few of my friends as well. Ask for Adam or Tiffany!

Tiffany at Frazier at Mallard Creek was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into these brand-new luxury apartment homes, she made the entire experience welcoming and stress-free. Tiffany is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain everything the community has to offer. Her customer service truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the perfect place to call home. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury apartment community, Frazier at Mallard Creek is the place to be—make sure to ask for Tiffany. You’ll be in great hands!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!
From one foot into the Leasing Office, the personable, enthusiastic and friendly greeting made a lasting impression on me by Tiffany! Although I came at the close of the day, she didn’t make me feel like,â€� hurry up, I’m out!â€� She greeted me me with a smile, invited me to sit and asked how she could help with what I was interested in in, my must haves and my budget! When I offered to come back, she welcomed it, after noting what I just expressed in detail and invited me to ask for Adam if she was not in, which proved to be another added blessing! When I returned the following week ( at an unscheduled time) I was greeted by Adam( who I had not met previously) in the same manner as Tiffany , and at that point , I felt the sincerity and personal vibe , true to the expression,â€� second time is a charm!!â€� His patience and personal interest, thorough knowledge of the property, the location, and transparency of the specials, really made an impression on me! I appreciated the detail of his expiration of what the future layout of the property will be after construction ( how many units, security as well as parking not being a concern and the amazing app that Frazier partnered with to provide the tenants service of top notch quality!!) Tiffany and Adam gave The Frazier a feeling of home and neighborly warmth beyond the construction phase!! Oh what a refreshing welcome to “homeâ€� feeling!! I imagine the Staff, Maintenance Team, Security and other members of who will make up the Office Personnel will be just as endearing!!
