Sliding downhill. Luxury no more. Not safe. Not clean.

Lovely property, super high rents. Iā€™m from another country and liked it when I moved in. Rent would be justified if the security, amenities, public areas and overall vibe hadnƃʒƂĀ¢ĆƒĀ¢Ć¢ā‚¬Å”ƂĀ¬ĆƒĀ¢Ć¢ā‚¬Å¾Ć‚Ā¢t slid downhill so much! Parking garage gate is always broken. Anyone can access the building and that has been a problem. police calls have become more frequent. There is no sense of security at all. Package room door also often busted, so anyone can pick yours up. Proximity to mall has made the parking garage a hideout for shoplifting gangs. Dirty hallways, both carpets and walls. Cleaning ladies are always mopping the tile floors but grout is filthy and for some reason mgmt doesnĆ¢ā‚¬ā„¢t address scraped up walls. Hallways smell of weed. Club room is beautiful until you sit down and look closer and see stains everywhere. Social events are centered on alcohol which isnƃʒƂĀ¢ĆƒĀ¢Ć¢ā‚¬Å”ƂĀ¬ĆƒĀ¢Ć¢ā‚¬Å¾Ć‚Ā¢t great for those of us who have kids or abstain. Lobby used to be a gathering spot to meet neighbors, with a Starbucks coffee machine. Then management took away paper cups ( green initiative, haha) and now nobody stops in or hangs out to get coffee so that friendly vibe is gone. Resident manager isā€¦Ā See More>
