The building itself offers a lot of amenities and great floor plans. The quality of construction and materials is in line with the price. It's definitely not super high end or luxury but the amenities make up for that. I haven't had great experiences with the staff other than the concierge services. Maintenance and leasing/management are unprofessional and disorganized in my opinion.

We moved in March 2024. Could not ask for a better location. In the apartment complex and neighborhood. Shanice was amazing to work with! April has also been wonderful to work with. The many issues that I have is the maintenance. The apartment this summer was hot in the master bedroom. Power bill was up almost $85.00 for 3 months. Found out the supply vent was crushed. It was fixed after numerous requests. Had to cut the drywall in the kitchen living room area. No protection on the furniture and countertops at the repair time. Ceiling repair is still not done correctly. Drywall mud is falling off the ceiling. I'm going to fix it myself! Not the dishwasher has been broken for over a week. Along with a toilet seat that has broken completely into! Request was sent in 9/9/24 on 9/24/24 maintenance came out said you need a new dishwasher but don't know when that will happen. Had no idea about the toilet seat until I showed him. Love living here just the maintenance is not up to par! I work in the residential construction business issues need to be addressed on a more timely basis.

Coming from outside of the USA the concept of apartment complexes was new for me. Inspire stood out for me because of the large fitness rooms, the pool that allows swimming lanes and the friendly architecture - a lot of daylight in the room. The cars from Sharon Road are not heard in the inner courtyards which is good. Walking distance to a few restaurants is nice, too.

The apartment complex is great. Nice spaces, layout, amenities. It would be nice for amenities to be fixed quicker or at all when repeated. The dog park water fountain has been broken since I moved in over a year ago.

The apartments are beautiful, but there are constant issues, construction, and problems being swept under the rug. A few months after we moved in we got an email saying some construction could be happening and would be complete in ~6 months. This construction took over 2 years. There were crews here all day every day, in every space of the property. Amenities are great but constantly broken or unable to be used. The leasing agents have no concern for residents, and have been rude/unhelpful on multiple occasions. When you ask them for any type of assistance they act visibly inconvenienced or just simply don't reply. On the other hand, the maintenance team is great and always does their best to fix in-apartment problems as quickly as possible.

Overall I am happy with my experience living at inspire. The complex is located in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I feel safe and it's peaceful and quiet most of the time. Management tries to communicate about major issues and host regular community events. I personally do not have a dog but it is a very dog-friendly complex. The things I think the complex could work to improve is communication around maintenance requests, clarity and consistency with pool closing time, and more timely repairs of shared spaces (I.e elevators, door handles, grills not working)

This is an excellent apartment community. It is well maintained and well managed. I have lived in several luxury apartment communities as my second home and none were nearly as nice as this one. The renters could have more respect for the grounds and amenities, but the management largely keeps up with repairs and maintenance.

Overall a nice community. My 2 only concerns is that there is too many reserved parking. At luxury pricing, the parking should be included. Also another coffee machine on the 2&3rd floor facilities will be a really nice addition.

Do not recommend, you can't use your amenities after work (heated pool/hot tub) since the management company decides to close it at 5pm in December. Repeat, do NOT recommend. Find somewhere else in the area.

The staff are friendly and seem to really care about the safety and wellbeing of residents. They are quick to respond to any concerns that might arise. The amenities are another bonus to living in this community- there is a variety of things to do and events being hosted for residents year round. I do wish there was a way to get better airflow in the studio apartments (the windows don't open and the afternoon sun hits my apartment directly, heating it up and causing the AC to be used probably more than it would be otherwise), and also that kitchen storage space was better suited for short people (I can't reach half of my cabinets). But overall, I do enjoy living here.

I have been a resident of INSPIRE for almost four years now, and unfortunately, this building has gone downhill since the new management company took over. When I first moved into INSPIRE under different management, it was a wonderful place to live. Ever since the new management took over, residents' concerns have been ignored, maintenance of the overall building is lacking, including indoor and outdoor spaces, crime in the building has increased, amenities are often inoperable, and overall resident satisfaction has decreased. It is a shame because INSPIRE was once a great place to live, but it has been going downhill for years now, and the management staff does not try to address concerns or improve its living conditions for residents.

It is unpleasant. The apartment was poorly built with multiple issues the maintenance is unable or unwilling to fix. There have been vehicles stolen out of the garage and cars broken into. The leasing staff stopped answering my emails and calls once I submitted my application.

My experience at Inspire has been tolerable. The rent is fair for the quality of the building. The best thing about the apartment is some of the amenities and the close proximity to lots of things to do outside of the apartment: restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the resident portal make things like paying rent, submitting a maintenance request, and checking your lease, very easy. While there are upsides about Inspire, there are also downsides. Most of the downsides stem from the building management. Disorganization is rampant in the front office and resident experience has not been a priority during my time at Inspire. Issues brought to their attention do not get handled in a timely manner (or at all sometimes). Additionally, the building itself has a ton of issues. The garage gates are constantly breaking (1-2 times per month) which, depending which gate breaks, can trap your car in the building with no exit. There is constant construction and equipment all over the place and there are structural issues like when it rains, the garage floods with standing water all over the place.

I love living at this community. It's a convenient location and the amenities are to die for. I don't have to love for much leisure activity if I don't desire to. I just wish the gym had more updated equipment like stair masters and got rid of the machines many people don't use.

It is a good place to live but a main reason for moving here was the amenities and they look better than they function. The golf simulator often malfunctions and was not calibrated correctly by the vendor. Uptown 550 has the exact same model simulator, and it works much better and is way more accurate. The gym has a lot of wasted space and not enough functional equipment. For instance there is no tower for rows/lat pull downs and there only four 45 pound plates.

Generally is very good but, you took away the 24 hr that was one of the features that attracted me to Inspire, the front office I do not pay care I know they're busy renting we've had a tremendous turnover, and they make it hard for tenants to enjoy their time here. An example is the social aspect they used to have two trucks here all the time weekly they used to have better plans for the community to socialize and 12 months out of the year. I went to a recent party. Do you wanna call it at a pizza and it was literally amount of boxes they served out of the boxes and it was over. I've never lived in apartment till now, but my friend couple friends are Providence Row, they have really nice mixers, game nights pool parties, and they really try to do more socialization. Maintenance is very, very good cannot complain. The apartment building is always clean. The lobby is always neat, but your losing the staff in the Office. They don't do anything to make it an enjoyable atmosphere for tenants who currently live here and attracting new tenants to live here.

Good amenities and great location. Can walk to mall, restaurants and it's a quick drive to uptown. Only negative is that I have had scaffolding outside my balcony for almost 2 years with no end in sight and yet they still manage to increase rent YoY!

TBH the community overall is fine, great location, overall quiet and is relative close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The office staff continue to be an opportunity... they all have a mentality of "as long as you don't complain, they are friendly with you"... There seems to be no accountability for the lack of customer service or the mean girl attitudes.

I do not know anybody in the building, but i feel ok with all the installations. I only complain about 3 things: 1. Maintenance take too much time after the order is submitted. 2. There must be an office just to talk with an Inspire representative, it is very uncomfortable to talk about personal matters in front of other people. Mut be private. 3. why we have to pay for ever for the main door lock? if we live 10 years how many times we already pay for it?

Since we moved in July of 2023, we have had an amazing experience. Whenever we need something fixed, maintenance is there within a day. The amenities alone make living here the best. We have everything we could dream of. It's like living in a resort in my opinion. The cleaning staff is consistently up keeping the elevators and hallways almost every day making everything clean. The apartments are spacious in and of themselves. I also love the monthly events they host, which allows you to interact more with your neighbors and just enjoy everything they have to offer. Best for last is how close you are from shops and restaurants. You can walk across to shopping centers to find some restaurants, boutiques, books, and wine. Within 5 minutes from SOUTHPARK mall.

Inspire is luxury living at its finest! Everything from an amazing staff with concierge, gated security with smart house technology, incredible amenities?gym, pool with private cabanas, golf simulator, huge dog park, movie theater, etc, the apartments have top of the line stainless steel appliances & gorgeous hardwood floors, they take pride in keeping the building & all areas clean & they also always have monthly events for the residents?parties, yoga, movies on the lawn, food trucks, cooking classes, etc. Overall an excellent place to call home!

It has been a positive experience thus far. We appreciate how the building is maintained and cleaned often. The amenities are amazing and state of the art. But the tv's in the cabanas at the pool and instructions on how to utilize the golf simulator. The security of the building should be enhanced to ensure no more car thefts and trespassers in the building.
