It mostly has been great but the trash and plungers outside peoples doors is gross. In addition I do not feel safe, recently there were 10 SWAT members arresting 2 people outside my window. This is the 4th time I have seen police at the community in 2 years. There should be further qualifications to be allowed to rent at such a place.

I have virtually no complaints about this community. The office staff has changed only once over the course of the last 2 years and they have all been really quite attentive and friendly. The community is centrally located with easy access to most places and yet it is thankfully, not on a main thoroughfare.

We did get new leasing staff which changed my opinion.Upon moving into a new apartment- the apartment was dirty with several broken items. The last leasing agents would have had the place cleaned and ready for move in. I also thought it was weird I could not receive my keys the night prior to actual move in like I have in the past two different times.

I love living at Keltonwood. The staff is amazingly pleasant and I feel safe in this neighborhood. I go to the pool often and I use the other amenities on a regular basis. When I have a concern to voice to the office I feel heard and like they will make a change. One thing that is super irritating with the complex is the gates. We are a gated community and lately the gate has been broken and it has been a huge inconvenience. Coming home from a long day of work and you can't get into your gate to your apartment is a super inconvenience.

Overall, the property is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. I have met some wonderful people in this community. There is new staffing here, they are friendly and helpful. I love the convenience to local shopping areas, food options and grocery stores. I am pleased to say I live here.

It's very modern on appliances & finishes. I also like that it's gated but it lakes any storage whatsoever and it cost $43 to pay your rent through the portal, they fail to tell you about that monthly cost

Overall things have been nice. I live near the pool and have seen that enforcing the pools closed hours has been difficult for staff. It would be nice for there to be even patrols instead of residents being required call and report

This was the first apartment I ever rented. My experience here has been really pleasant. The area is clean, aesthetically appealing, and I feel safe here. The maintenance is very efficient and the overall staff is kind and professional. Any issues I've had they handled immediately and precisely. The rent has increased since my time here but that's to be expected. The only few cons/suggestions I have are around parking. The spaces aren't really big enough for suvs, and it can be really tight fit. Thankfully I haven't had any horrible experiences or accidents with this. But it is something that's concerning.

Huge Increase! It was good until the lease renewal.

New renters beware! Just wrapping up my first year here and although it has been pretty good and I was planning to renew, I just got the renewal offers. THEY ARE JACKING UP THE RENT AT LEAST $200/month!!! In a time when the cost of everything is out of control! These money hungry property management and owner companies are trying to squeeze us all to the breaking point! I have been a great tenant....no issues and paid on time every month and this is how I am treated! Bell Partners - As of June 2023, the Company oversees an investment management portfolio totaling approximately $7.2 billion in gross asset value.

I used to love living in this apartment community when Kathryne was the property manager. She truly made a positive impact on our experience with her professionalism and attention to detail. Since her departure, I've noticed a steady decline in overall quality and service. It's disheartening to see the community lose the excellence she brought to it. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and restore the community to its former glory.

It's ok. Definitely targeted to a younger crowd. If you are looking for weed smoking and lively weekends, this is your place. More mature adults may not like it. To each his own. For the most part, it works and convenient to the outlet mall.

My experience with this community has been positive until they moved out the old Community Manager and got a new one. The new manager is unresponsive to issue in the community. She ignores emails and I highly doubt anyone even knows what she looks like. She hasn't stepped foot outside the office since she came to the property. She even closes the blinds to her office so no one can see she's in the office. Not impressed at all. The staff that has been there have always been helpful to me. This new community manager? Not so much.

The leasing office team always tries to provide great service. Any concerns I've had as a tenant were immediately actioned. The only not so great experience is with the trash service not taking any recycling items. Defeats the purpose of paying for the service monthly and encourages everyone not to recycle their trash.

The best thing about this complex is Location! We love the Steele Creek area. The outlets are right across the street and the airport is very close by. Having the airport close is a huge incentive of you are a transplant, very easy when you have people visit or when you go visit your family.

So far, it has been pretty good with the exception of my neighbor upstairs. They are extremely loud. It started off as being something that happened once in a while, now it's happening frequently. We also can smell Marijuana coming from their unit and it's very annoying.
