I have never regretted moving into lynk apartments,Cykel ,very serene environment ,clean ,peace of mind and closed to down town and many shops ,also very easy to get the CATS busses ,they have gym ,bicycles and a car that you can rent

Love this place. Was originally nervous about the quiet hours due to college students moving in however this place remains to be peaceful all year, even during their homecoming. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Apartments are brand new I love the events they have here even though i never attend. Maybe one day

Its been lovely so far! I have enjoyed meeting my neighbors and chatting with the office staff. I had a few issues with the quality of work the maintenance team did. Other than that, its been pretty good!

I really enjoy living here. The apartments feel modern and clean, and the location is excellent. I love being close to the greenway, and it's great that the sports attractions are less than a six-minute drive away.

Apartment is cute and well maintained. The property aesthetics matches my preference and I appreciate the amenities. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I love the community events. The only thing I wish is that they cleaned the property more often. Sometimes the elevators are nasty.

My community is quiet, it's peaceful and always clean. It's One of the best places that I ever lived. Living here has been a great experience. I'm definitely going to renew my lease? I'm from out of town and this is one of the best places to come check out and live.

Gratefully, the management & staff made this transition from a new state so easy! I read nothing but good reviews on this new property and all 4 member of staff helped me accordingly. They really made me feel at home. ?? I applied for a specific unit & they made the process of changing units seem less. I truly appreciate the help during the process.

My experience with the property staff, especially the manager, has been extremely negative. The manager was rude, dismissive, and made me feel cornered and uncomfortable during our first interaction. Instead of offering support or solutions, she spoke to me in a condescending way and even made me seem dishonest in front of others. This created a hostile environment from the start. When I tried to explain my concerns, the manager was unwilling to listen and only made the situation worse. Her attitude came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, which is especially disappointing since staff should be the first point of support when issues arise. What stood out the most was how quick she was to dismiss me, while refusing to provide resources or guidance that could have solved the problem. Overall, the property staff did not make me feel welcomed or respected. Instead of creating a comfortable living environment, their behavior has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

I've only been here a couple months but it is very clean and cleaned regularly. The apartment really tries to encourage community and the community events are very nice and actually fun ideas. I love the apartment bc it's closeness to nature and its thrive towards sustainability. Also it's a very affordable apartment considering its proximity to uptown and other things, its newness, and quality.

This is a nice community and I love how the complex provides electric bikes to travel around. I have no complaints about the place. I did wish they provided a much bigger and efficient parking system. Overall it's a nice place for the right price. The amenities are great also

The building is nice and well maintained and I like its convenient location. However, it's hard to get ahold of the staff. They rarely return phone calls. And sometimes delivery people leave items outside the property because they can't access the building and there wasn't a staff member to let them in.

I really like the community and how easy it was to transition from New York to charlotte. The area is a sweet spot between being around greenery and being in a close proximity of the city life. The amenities available here are extremely convenient as well such as the washer and dryer inside the units and the fitness room. The lobby area is packed with all type of useful things rentable electric bikes and scooters and a coffee machine with all the fixings. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

Phenomenal apartment. Great staff and residents. Very walkable to the city. Beautiful paths and quiet. I love the biking emphasis. Very bikeable to the entire city from the property. Mass transpiration is also close, and provides access to an even wider area. Management is even more responsive

I have really enjoyed living at Link Apartments CYKEL so far. It is always very clean in the lobby and hallways- my friends always comment how nice it smells when they walk in. The staff are all lovely and my unit is exactly what I wanted. Location is also forget for me.
