I have lived at Link Montford for almost 4 years. I have had a great experience with the staff, my fellow neighbors, and have had an overall wonderful experience. Great value, great location. The amenities are a nice value add as well.

I really like that all the floors are hardwood and not carpeted. It's easy to clean and nice to keep clean. There is a grocery store nearby, which makes life easier. I feel safe because the residents are all older.

The apartments here are fairly new. The amenities they offer are great. You get access to the amenities at both buildings. So 2 gyms, 2 pools and a rooftop terrace are my favorite. I haven't had any maintenance issues and am overall happy with the apartment and complex itself

The Link at Montford is in a perfect location with a ton of walkable entertainment. It's staff is attentive and friendly and amenities are very competitive. It's a place that is hard to move away from.

I've been a resident here for almost 2 months and absolutely love it! The location is perfect for someone who wants to be connected to city life, yet still be in a really quiet neighborhood. Montford is really the place to be if you're new to the area and looking for somewhere to land that isn't as rowdy as the south end.

I've always felt very safe living here. Limited problems with amenities, and receive quick maintenance. I like having the pool and a gym / studio space! There could be more work on upgrades to Phase 1 (carpets in hallways, door colors, trash rooms)

I love the location and amenities of this apartment complex. Located close to the city and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Everything is always clean and everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming! They are also extremely pet friendly which has been amazing! Whenever I have concerns or requests they always respond very quickly.

I have been very satisfied with my experience at this apartment complex. It's a lot quieter than you would expect, which is nice. I appreciate how quickly maintenance responds to requests, and the grounds are always kept in nice condition. It is surrounded by so many restaurants and stores and near the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which I love. If you want the feel of being in the city but also tucked away, this is the perfect location.

Easy move in process. Safe community. Good size apartment. Parking always available and visitor parking as well. One thing is the bedroom doesn't have a window and it can get pretty depressing. Like all apartments the walls are thin.

After moving out I cannot recommend this complex

Upon moving out of this complex, I was charged a $200 cleaning fee and a $50 insurance fee. I contacted the complex about these fees and attached proof of my renters insurance. The leasing office removed the insurance fee and I was told the cleaning fee was for a double coat of paint. I took excellent care of my apartment while living at Link, even power washing the patio myself. Maintenance did a walk through of my apartment before I left and confirmed it was in perfect condition. I do not appreciate being charged junk fees for maintenance that the apartment should be doing when residents move out. I cannot recommend this complex anymore. The leasing office is happy to take your money but cant be bothered to address any noise complaints or issues you have while living there. Beware!

Linkmontford phase 2 is a new, clean, and well maintained facility in a good part of charlotte. The amenities are high quality(gym, pool, lounges.) and the staff is attentive. It is a good value if you value these qualities.

Overall a very positive experience at Link Apartments Montford. The buildings are maintained very well and the staff are very professional. The location in Charlotte can't be beat. The value to cost ratio is also very high compared to other options in the Park Road area.

Staff are friendly, community is beautiful and the area around the complex is fantastic! Quiet at night and I feel incredibly safe walking around at night. There's a lot of people with dogs (myself included) so a great way to meet people!

The staff is great, they are always very friendly and quick with responses. Maintenance is rarely needed inside the apartment but have always been timely and efficient when making any sort of repairs.

Terrible / S3X in the Stairwells

Two white men were giving each 0ral s3x in the stairwells. (worded so it wouldn’t be flagged). I also showed how instead of your neighbors coming down and addressing problems they will have their dog poop in front of your door.

The staff has been great! They answer the phone when I call and have been super friendly during move in and touring. I love that there are so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking is new an issue.

I love living here. Located near everything you need! Community is nice and very pet friendly and the staff are very helpful and kind. Love it here! I definitely plan to renew my lease. There are also 2 pools, gyms, and a dog park which is wonderful.
