The staff at Lumeo have always been pleasant. My application process and move-in experience was extremely easy and flawless. The property is extremely secured and gated at every entrance, and the details in my unit are exquisite.

move in was quick , even tho the complex is still in construction but everything was perfect , the only isssue is the address not in the USPS database yet , but everything super brand new , with nice amenities

Overall experience was good. A few technical issues with the virtual key that unlocks the main doors but the leasing team made sure they kept communicating and trying to get the situation handled. Because the community is brand new, I'm sure that there will be a few kinks and hiccups in the beginning.

New resident but the leasing staff is kind, helpful and prompt in responding to questions. The community is new but I can tell it will be an peaceful and comfortable stay. The location is great and close to shopping with diverse food options. Quick and Easy access to the train and highway.

Just moved in. Marc has been very helpful with the whole moving process. The apartment is beautiful. Looking forward to my time here. I have not been here long so I am just going on first impressions but so far everything has been nice.

We rented a 3BR apartment here, with top price. It turned out to be very noisy. Already one of my neighbors car broken into. We are here already for a month. The leasing agent is charging us full monthly rent which supposed to provide so called "state-of-the-art fitness center & "pool to remember". Really after living here for a month all we see constructions going on and no trace or update on this amenities. They should discount monthly rent for the residents, since the facilities are not ready. What do call this and how they can get away with this. Very frustrated.

The Staff is not very organized and don't give you all the necessary details prior to move in. The community is nice, but I had a car broken into on our 2nd day living here. The pool, and gym are not ready as of May 2021

The experience is lovely. Smooth move in process. It's so clean and put together. Very affordable prices. The neighborhood is quiet! I love how top golf is literally right across the road. It's located near literally everything! So you won't have to travel far. It's a very convenient place to stay.

So far the community seems amazing. I love the security of the gate & door vis the pdk application. The hardwood floors gives an amazing look to the apartment. I love my giant stand up shower as well. The highway access is perfect

The apartments are brand new and modern with classy finishes. Ample security. Lights and fans are in every room. There is also an option for a PRIVATE and FENCED in backyard! Lastly, the staff is AMAZING - they went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.

Marc & the team have been above amazing, they've gone above & beyond for myself and other residents. Doing things from planning events,ordering wine/treats & keeping the property safe,clean and running smooth. I would have to say this is the best team. I wish nothing but for the best for them as they go on in life because they've definitely been a blessing.

I recently toured the S1 studio apartment at Lumeo with my mom and we were guided by Marc the Assistant Property Manager. Marc was very personable, professional, and very helpful in answering all my questions at each phase of the process. He even gave suggestions on the arranging the furniture and hanging the TVs on the wall to maximize the space. I love the studio apartments at Lumeo because the apartments are gated, bedroom is separated from living room, and the amenities can’t be beat. I’m looking forward to becoming a resident in April at Lumeo apartments.

Everything has been excellent so far. Brand new morden apartment, gate and front door opens with their app, would be nice if the apartment door opened the same way too. This building has been extremely quiet and it located next to everything you need.

I had an awesome experience from beginning to move in everything went smoothly. I love the modern yet homely feel of the apartments. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always available
