I like this community: very cozy and apartments, beautiful territory, two amazing lakes, near a grocery store. What I don't like is a big garbage can with an unpleasant smell. There is no tank for assembling plastic and cardboard and huge boxes, plastic bottles are thrown into the general garbage. It's very painful to watch. After all, all this could be recycled. It is strange that in such an onromny complex there is no tank for collecting recyclable garbage.

My experience has been very good. The manager and the people in the leasing office are always welcoming and helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are carried out promptly. I would like to see more maintenance inside the building. The pool is nice and the playground for the children is also very nice and well maintained. There should be a quiet hours policy in the leasing agreement.

I had never lived in anything but a nice house in a nice neighborhood. I had never lived in an apartment complex prior to. The site has its (+) and (-). The fact that there is zero security is the #1 problem. No security cameras anywhere on the property which has led to frequent vandalisms. With the revenue the property generates (publicly traded information) you would think the additon of security measures would be their #1 goal. Thus far, not so.

I have been living in this place for about two years now . This is a very friendly neighborhood, people respect each other. Management is always available and maintenance is ready to fix anything in a timely manner. You guys are doing an excellent job. Thank you very much

I am generally satisfied with everything except for a few things 1. The gym is not fully equipped for quality training. A lot is missing. 2. Leasing is closed on Sunday where there is a pool table. Also, Leasing is closed after 6 pm every day. People want to play pool after work, but they can't. The pool table itself is old and not very good quality. 3. The concrete floor in the corridors near the apartments is not cleaned. It is dirty and dusty. 4. The pond on the territory stinks during the day. It is not cleaned. It is better not to open the balcony.

I've enjoyed living here but everything now is becoming old..to many trees and bushes around the ponds makes it unsafe to walk around which was a plus...it's close to everything maintenance is good but the air-conditioned are old and not so energy efficient it seems..pretty quiet most of the time..no elevators so lots of steps if your on the third floor ..overall not a bad place to live but not the best either...lots of new places to pick from now..

Bad experience with management
Hi , I had bad experience with management where my moving dates are not accurate as discussed ( system issue or manual but they have not given opportunity cleanup or heads to do but they charge high amount even they had mistake.)

I like living close to other people. It's nice - especially compares to houses that are very far apart. It's also great that there are ponds, trails, pool, playground, tennis court, etc for people to congregate at. It would be nice if we could use the party area in the main office. We used to be able to have events there, and it's pretty lame that we can't anymore.

We live in an apartment after renovation. Overall we like it, the layout is comfortable and the condition of the apartment is normal. Except for a few things. For example, windows are difficult to open because the plastic has been deformed. The roof leaks at times. But the most important inconvenience is that the common area with billiards and the business center are closed when the staff leaves, although they are separated from the leasing office. That is, there is no way to use these services.

This apartment is made horrible. You can legit hear every single thing ur neighbors are doing. Weather upstairs or next door. I hear it all. Parking sucks. And to top it off it's 2600 to live here and I have roaches. There's mildew in the closet. This is literally the worse apartment complex.

Good size and it's close to grocery store, restaurants, roads with easy access and also has a good gym and pool. The neighborhood is pretty and the people are nice. I just miss a garage but there's this option in the 4 bedroom apartment.

In the last few months in the community we have experienced some hreat moments. The community is located in a very good place where it is close to shopping, commercial and medical establishments. It is good place to walk and jog. Little concerned witj security, both as it's open to access for everyone as well as wildlife.

The apartment was updated so is functional. The biggest issue is the water. It doesn't taste good and when I asked to have it tested I was told I had to call CLT Water. CLT Water said the owner of the apartment building has to request the testing. Therefore, I was unable to have my water tested and am now sick with an abdominal issue that may be related.

This is the best location imaginable, surrounded by dining, shopping and medical facilities, with easy access to I485 and I77. My apartment is huge and the surroundings are beautiful. The maintenance team is responsive and fixes things the first time.

We are a family from Russia. We arrived at the end of October and we urgently needed to find housing. We contacted this company and realized that it was not in vain. The complex is very cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life. The staff were very attentive and helped to sort out any issue, since we did not speak English well. Very few speak the English language I feel like an outsider maintenance tries but evening walkers litter the grounds with tissues and wrappers. My rent has increased substantially every year with little to none improvements inside my apartment.
