I have been living in this place for about two years now . This is a very friendly neighborhood, people respect each other. Management is always available and maintenance is ready to fix anything in a timely manner. You guys are doing an excellent job. Thank you very much

This is very decent and nice located community. Most of the essential needs are within walking proximity. Community is well maintained. Gym is really fantastic. I am staying here for more than 18 months. So far, good experience. But I think the rent is little high compared to other apartments nearby.. Overall, we are happy to be here.

Great experience during process and move in.  Very professional and helpful.  New MAA Tenant Portal is having issues and is in the process of tweaking the database.  However, all residents are contacted with the information via email, not leaving us in the dark.

Great staff. Grounds well maintained   I do wish the lighting in the parking area was better.  Convenient location to shopping and interstate system. The maintenance men are very good and helpful.  I like living here

Don't really have a lot experience with others in the community. Not sure what else you are looking for here and apparently you need to have 200 characters which makes little to no sense but here you go.

Good community.Well maintained and very easy access to everything!! Security is a big issue as it's not a gated community and there are no security provisions (camera, monitoring  etc.) No provision of reserved parking.

Good size and it's close to grocery store, restaurants, roads with easy access and also has a good gym and pool. The neighborhood is pretty and the people are nice. I just miss a garage but there's this option in the 4 bedroom apartment.
